Hourly Pay and Bonus Programs
Employees of the company are paid hourly based on skill level. Bonuses are paid for the quality and productivity as well as for other value-added actions. There is no limit to what you can make in our company. Namely, your compensation is a function of the value you create.
Key Terms:
VIP – Value Incentive Pay – Bonus for voluntary actions taken to help the business development of the company. Example include taking before and after pictures of work performed, getting a customer review, etc.
AIP – Assistant Incentive Pay – Bonus for quality and efficient execution of a job, usually a percentage of the excess margin on a project.
CIP – Craftsman Incentive Pay – Bonus for quality and sales production.
