Compensation & Benefits Information

Employee Cost: $6 per month
Cancer BenefitCancer Insurance supplements your medical and disability income insurance and helps protect you and your family from financial hardship.
Accident InsuranceAccident Insurance can help you with your medical deductibles and co-pays, and cover household expenses like groceries, mortgage payments and childcare.
Critical IllnessCritical Illness supplements your medical and your disability income insurance if you or a family member suffers a serious illness like a stroke or heart attack.
MedicalA GMS benefits specialist can provide quotes for individual coverage and help you obtain medical coverage for you and your dependents.
Ancillary BenefitsA GMS benefits specialist can help you obtain coverage for you and your dependents for dental, vision, disability and/or life insurance.
Flexible Spending AccountsA benefit that allows employees to deposit a certain amount of their paychecks in to an account before paying income taxes. Two types of FSA accounts include a Healthcare Reimbursement Account and Dependent Care Account.

Hourly Pay and Bonus Programs

Employees of the company are paid hourly based on skill level. Bonuses are paid for the quality and productivity as well as for other value-added actions. There is no limit to what you can make in our company. Namely, your compensation is a function of the value you create.

Key Terms:

VIP – Value Incentive Pay – Bonus for voluntary actions taken to help the business development of the company. Example include taking before and after pictures of work performed, getting a customer review, etc.

AIP – Assistant Incentive Pay – Bonus for quality and efficient execution of a job, usually a percentage of the excess margin on a project.

CIP – Craftsman Incentive Pay – Bonus for quality and sales production.
